Knowing that this booklet is updated every year I assumed Amazon would stock the latest issue and foolishly didn't read the product details down the page closely enough. Accordingly I'm disappointed to discover that this is the 2006 edition and therefore out of date. Some of the info is still useful, and no doubt many of the B&Bs listed are still going, but since there *is* a new edition every year I would strongly advise others to purchase the newest edition from the Gloucestershire Area Ramblers Association.

The National Trail Companion is a far better publication for accomodation, & key contact numbers. However if you don't want to purchase one the detailed route guides or rely on the excellent sign posts and way marking the route notes contained within this guide are useful. Given the price one really cannot complain though.
