Get great looks and great overclocking memory at a great Price with the Corsair Vengeance DDR3 memory modules. Designed with overclockers in mind, Vengeance DIMMs are built using RAM specially selected for their high-performance potential. Aluminum heat spreaders help dissipate heat, and provide the aggressive look that you want in your gaming rig. As a bonus, the attractive low price of Vengeance memory will also leave lots of room in your system build budget.
Optimized for compatibility with the latest CPUs and motherboards, Vengeance memory is designed specifically for the latest CPUs. Vengeance modules run at 1.5V for maximum compatibility with all Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 processors, as well as the 2nd generation Intel processor family. Vengeance DDR3 memory is available in single modules, and two or three module kits, making it easy for you to match the DIMM population requirements of your motherboard.
Most Vengeance DIMMs are built with two gigabit RAM ICs. These extra-dense memory chips allow you to have 8GB of memory using only two DIMMs, or to populate your triple channel system with up to an insanely large 24GB of system memory for extreme multitasking performance.See all Product description

OK so if anyone has been watching things I've been writing reviews for recently, then by now you will have realised I have been building 3 PC's. One of the things I have noticed that seemed to have changed since I last did a few builds 3 years ago are the memory modules. Now this is not really a technical review. It's a consideration that the modules themselves are around half the weight they used to be a few years ago. The reason for this is obvious when you hold a module in your hand. They feel like the entire thing is made of plastic. I mean everything feels plastic, especially the cooling vanes/fins. The cooling fins etc in the old days were actually an alloy or metal and this added to the weight of the module but nowadays they all feel plastic or ceramic in nature, but a very light ceramic. Which leads me down this train of thought. If they are indeed just plastic then are all the sci-fi looking cooling barbs exactly that ... just sci-fi looking sales dressing? I'm starting to think so. I'm not complaining as the memory modules seem very reliable, run very cool and look great. All good features if, like most people building their own PC's, you want to display the insides of the PC. I would just like to know for definite that the modules don't need cooling vanes and therefore we can mod them as we see fit OR I'd like to know if they are lightweight because they are using some super lightweight ceramic for cooling. Either way I'm fascinated to know what's changed and why. Other than that the memory is excellent quality. If you find this review of interest then please remember to vote and keep the review system alive. Thanks.
All in all, very good memory well worth it and for the price, you can't go wrong.
Ive done the windows experience tests where you get results from various parts of your machine and my memory score has gone up from 5.5 out of 7.9 with corsair XMS DDR3 Memory Modules, all the way up to 7.9 out of 7.9 with the Corsair Vengeance, so these memory modules reached the max score. happy days
I will be ordering another 8gb of these.
Excellent performance memory with overclockers in mind
The heat spreader is HUGE on each of these modules, beware if your using a large cpu cooler, as these may be too large for you to get them in the dimms, even if you take the cooler off and replace after memory is inserted, im using the Corsair H60 water cooler and had no problems thankfully
