This book goes way beyond just recipes. It starts with a heap of useful information about how the menopause affects the body and how the food we eat can calm or prevent symptoms. At the back of the book there is a number of useful checklists and worksheets.
I've just tried two recipes so far, the oat cakes and and the Parsnip and apple Soup, both were delicious.
One added bonus that that many of the recipes are gluten free. As someone with Celiac Disease, that is a double bonus for me. I'm sure I'll be using this book regularly.
