Having said that I was prepared to and expected to not like the book but in spite of myself I did like the book
It had surprisingly good recipes without using regular milk or butter.
I was even more surprised at the delicious looking ice cream recipes.
And unlike many Kindle cookbooks this book has pictures. Now they don't have a pic for
each recipe but on average about 1 out of 3 pics.
So bottom line if you are a vegan or vegetarian then you should like this cookbook. As an avowed
non vegan even I found recipes that I like.
6 months, but whenever I come across a homemade cake I eat it and feel guilty for the whole week.
I’m a skeptical person and I didn’t believe that a vegan cake can taste as good as a dairy one, but I was wrong. Thank you for showing me that I was wrong.
Vegans have long endured some sort of reputation of pursuing health at the expense of taste. Overall, `101 healthy vegan desserts' is a must-have addition to your kitchen shelf. Finally, it enables you to whip up something tasty to finish off the main meal--and essentially vegan at that.
