Review

One of the most comprehensive accounts of contract law available... McKendrick's book will provide all that a contract law student will require in a text. (Times Higher Education)

Well laid out, easy to read, and visually appealing: it offers clarity and succinct analysis of English contract law. (Professor Catherine MacMillan, University of Reading)

The author's command of the subject is exemplary; thoughtfully written and a pleasure to read. (Dr Gary Betts, LLB Course Director and Senior Lecturer in Law, Coventry University)

A comprehensible account with excellent commentary and easily accessible online resources. (Muna Sabbagh, Law School at Hertfordshire)

Intelligent and lucid core text. (David Herling, Senior Lecturer in Law, City University London)

The perfect all-round student text. Correct and up-to-date - I can refer students to it with confidence. (Francois de Bois, Leicester Law School, University of Leicester)

Well laid out and a pleasure to read. A thorough commentary by a leading expert. (Kelvin Johnstone, Keele University) --This text refers to an alternate Paperback edition.
