Really interesting - I'm impressed.
When I was looking for answers to questions I was asked if I had read this book. I was embarresed to admit that I did have the book but hadn't actually read it.
Questions such as: How much formula should my baby drink, how much fluid a day is needed, what food groups are required now that weaning has started, how much protein should I give or is safe to give on a daily basis, if my baby takes below the required amount of formula is there a 'food group' substitute, when should I stop giving formula, etc. etc.
So many questions I had were answered by this book. A great read with information clearly presented, great case studies, no baffling or confusing messages.
Makes a great reference book for looking up info as your baby reaches different stages, e.g. 0 to 3 m, 3 to 6 m, weaning guidelines, toddler years and beyond. Totally recommend it.
There is useful advice on subjects such as allergies, constipation, colic which whilst not useful to everyone, are a good reference point.
Quite scientific but explained very well!
