This book is an interesting and informative source of information for people wanting to get the best out of everyday food. I never thought there could be so many benefits of buying yourself a juicer - and the amount of different combinations of juice is amazing. This book is my reference point for quick and natural remedies. A real worthwhile buy.

This book has a huge amount of detail about juicing including recipes. I was disappointed in that it didn't lay out a simple plan of suggested recipes for a detox or weight loss etc but focussed more on the theory behind detox etc. As background reading it's a good book but not what I had hoped for.
