Contents.

I have had this book out as a library loan and keep dipping into the 95 pages. Purchased a copy today. As with the Lee Weatherly and Helen Corner Teach Yourself book on Writing a Blockbuster it provides a useful quick reference and reminder book for writing. I have just started a new small c30,000 word book and am going to try and follow the advice in Kelly's book.

I read and write on and will report on progress.

This is a clever little book that packs a lot of priceless information into very few pages. Poor structuring is often the main reason why many typescripts don’t make it passed the publisher’s readers. There are many different techniques and creative writing tutor Kelly Lawrence is offering an up to the moment guide for both beginner novelists and the more established writer trying to get a novel accepted. Highly recommended

I got this book from the library and read it first. I thought it seemed like a really good guide which was easily broken down in relevant chapters. Although I have to admit I am very much a novice in the writing department..but I thought this a nice concise book on structure so I bought it.
