I see AndroidSlates have a CloudNine Neuropad HD, which claims a 1280 x 800 screen and bluetooth, though only 5-point touch capacitive screen. £185 delivered. Does anyone here know enough to provide an objective comparison between the 2?

A1CS - by all means add your comments

Many thanks

Since all of these tablets have a similar spec I think it's ultimately down to the level of support your supplier provides.

Hello Joe

Thanks for your thoughts

I think 1024 x 768 pixels vs. 1280 x 800 is a significant difference in spec, if it is real. What concerns me is what I might be losing to obtain that improved resolution. One thing is obviously 5-point vs. 10-point, but I'm thinking that, for me, that is not a big loss - though I'm quite prepared to be educated otherwise. I'm wondering if there is any other obvious downside to the AndroidSlates product

I take the point about support, and acknowledge that everyone says A1CS are wonderful. I have posted a couple of questions to AndroidSlates and have received prompt and pertinent replies, so they clearly do have technical support of some kind

Best wishes
David
