Product description

Review

I am excited to have Manville s book as a rich resource for my teachers as we continue our transition to the CCSSs in our district. Teachers will immediately appreciate the multitude of activities, especially as they are asked this year to implement new activities on each under-touched Common Core standard and on standards on which students are underperforming. As the person responsible for curriculum and instruction, I can be confident that Manville s laser-like attention to providing only research-based activities will help ensure success!--Valerie Jones, MsEd., K-12 curriculum coordinator, East Buchanan C-1 Schools, Gower, Missouri"

The skills learned from Michelle Manville'seighth grade literacy and writing activities forhistory and social studies will be very beneficial to freshmen students in their geography and English courses.--David Harms, social studies teacher, Iowa Falls-Alden High School, Iowa Falls, Iowa"
