Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
This book is an essential companion for anyone studying business law, and although quite complex in its explanation of the law, it will be linguistically accessible to most readers. The main areas covered, include: (i) Agency; (ii) Contractual rights and the Sale of Goods and; (iii) Consumer Credit. I found it a little hard-going at first but once I had grasped some of the key coucepts it became a more pleasant read. It is in-line with current commerical realities and includes an extensive review of the case law: essential to any law student and those who want to improve their knowledge of Agency law.

The Book is very law focused and is most suited to degree-level students. Overall, it is detailed and well-written, 4.5 stars.
