People often joke about jest that they have OCD but this book has given such a valuable insight into this debilitating disorder. Written from the heart and with such openness & honestly rarely seen in books such as this.

Was a fantastic story from start to finish & I have no doubt this will provide others with the confidence to seek help if they think they may be suffering from OCD.

A big well done to Hayley for being so brave & speaking out about something so personal and to your writer, Veronica who has such a great style of writing she managed to keep me gripped until the end.

Thank you

Beautifully written book by Veronica Clark, capturing Hayley's story of her struggles with her compulsive disorder. The book begins with Hayley's memories as a child as she reflects on the early signs of her illness and how it later developed as she matured into adulthood. A very interesting read, thoroughly enjoyed this book and well highly recommend.

Brilliant book highlighting the daily battles that OCD sufferers have to endure. Hayley has such a warm, charming character and is doing an excellent job of breaking down misunderstandings and misconceptions of a difficult condition. An inspiring and riveting book to sufferers and non sufferers alike.

This book describes in great clarity the devastating impact that Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) has had on Hayley (and her family) covering all aspects of her life. She managed to keep her obsessions a secret from family and friends for many years as she did not know it was a mental illness. Her journey from rock bottom to being able to manage the condition is remarkable. By going 'public' with her book Hayley has brought to the general population an awareness of the condition, and very importantly that there is treatment and support available to regain control of the obsessions. A really good read that should encourage anyone affected by OCD. Contact details for the support organisation are included.

Wow, what a journey Hayley had with her OCD. I never imagined it could be so all-consuming. This book is a great insight into the condition and really highlights the extremity of its side effects. I would recommend this book to anyone who has OCD (in any form) and anyone simply interested in reading about something that seemingly, cannot be explained logically. A great read, thank you for sharing your experiences. And credit to Veronica Clark who has written a clear and coherent account.

Great read ' what a supporting husband hayley has-well done to hayley for never giving up the fight to o c d .An illness many can relate too in different ways maybe not as server but this book shows you how it could spiral out of control and get worse. An illness not very known to a lot of people ,so it's nice hayley has done this book and hopefully will make more people aware... well done hayley . Good read and wishing hayley and her family the best.

I wasn't really sure what to expect when I started reading this book but right from the start Hayley's story had me wanting to know more about her and her story. I really liked how the book started with her at a young age and time was taken to build a picture of how such an illness can develop and how it affected her and develops as she gets older. This is a story of a remarkable lady who's illness not only makes for a fascinating read but hopefully her bravery in telling her story will help others who suffer from OCD either to realise they're not alone or have the courage to get help if they need it.

I recommend anyone to read this book, the way Hayley puts herself out there with every detail of her life is very brave and extremely well written by Veronica Clarke. Hayley is a remarkable lady and I wish her every happiness for the future.
