There's no rubbish that go into the meals so I have cooked many of them for my 15 month old.
Each recipe has a picture associated with it so you know what it should look like in the end.
I have 4 books in total from this series and each one is great, they all form part of my weekly food shop
I really like the layout of the book, and that it shows you the calories for each meal.There's even a summary section at the back of the book which gives you more nutritional information of each meal.
