Colors of Love (Speed)

Let me begin by saying that this is not really a book about a three way relationship. Yeah it happens but the book is predominately about the love between Seth Pace (guitarist of rock band Speed) and Luke Struthers, their manager. So if you are not into M/M love stories then this is not really for you.

Seth Pace (K/A) Jordan has been in love with Luke Struthers for over 5 years but Luke won`t acknowledge his feelings and still refers to him as "Kid". Despite having hot sex for a number of years Luke still won't commit to Seth. Luke believes that Seth is better off without him. What is the secret that Luke won't reveal to Seth and why won't he admit his love for him?

Luke thinks that introducing a woman into their relationship will change everything and he believes that Seth will fall in love with this woman. The plan is find her, introduce her to Seth, seduce her and voila - they will fall in love - but its not going to happen as Seth it completely in love with Luke.

Enter Kaz - Luke meets her at a Speed concert and puts his plans into operation. They seduce Kaz and Luke continues to throw Kaz and Seth together. Kaz can read aura's and it is clear to her that there is love between these two men but Luke's colours shine differently to Seth's. they are darker and grey whereas Seth's colours (especially when he is around Luke) are vibrant and clear. Kaz knows that she will never feature in their lives and pushes Seth in the direction he should go - to Luke.

Sometimes Jess Dee can blow hot and cold and this is one of those times that the story blew cold for me. I think I probably went into this with the impression it was going to be more of a menage - so I did not get the "true colour" of the story.

It wasn't a bad story but too predictable and if I had to rate it by colour it would be amber for me!
