As with all of Misti’s books I loved this read. The title of this book is actually an apt description for Mace, although saying that I just wanted to give him a huge hug. Chelsea and Mace have loved each other since childhood. Due to miscommunication they make life very difficult for themselves. Sometimes I just wanted to bash their heads together and in others hug them. The chemistry between them is hot and steamy. Enjoyed the other characters in the family as well.
Cannot wait for the next book. Well done Misti in once again writing a fantastic story.

Wow wow wow loved this book I had no idea of the background between mace and Chelsea!! It was so much deeper than I thought! Loved the chemistry between these two and loved that they could never say NO! Such a great 3rd book in the Tangled series. It was great how you still got to hear and find out from the characters in previous stories and I really want to know more about Rush, Now there's a story!! Really enjoying that's books by Misti and this one was just as good if not better than the others! Fabio must read guys!!!!

I really enjoyed this book it was full of angst. I didn't realise it was part of a series until I came to read my review. You weren't able to tell from the story that it was a series or contained characters from different stories. I loved the characters and wanted them to sort all their worries and live happily ever after. The writing was excellent and kept me reading all night. This is a great story with lots (and I do mean lots) of sex. Give it a read.

This is a great read. First we were to believe that Chelsea was with Raze but what a twist. When Raze leaves home Raze sends his brother Mace to tell Chelsea and they become close. There is so many twist and turns in this book that u never know whats coming. I liked it that way so u can never quess the next move in the story. It was explosive through out the book and I would so recommend this book to others. wow x

***Reviewed for Amo and Sarah’s Book Corner***
This is book 3 in the Tangled Desires series and as far as the start goes it’s a good one, I must say. I really like the Hadley boys…and girl! This is a standalone within the series but you don't really need to read the other two books.

This book focuses on Mace Hadley who has been in love with the one girl he never thought he could have…why? Because she was her brothers girlfriend…after his brother Rush leaves Mace the job of telling Chelsea that he’s left and not coming back, the sparks sizzle between them as they always have…

Way too many obstacles get in their way and too many secrets are kept… when Mace comes back from the marines Can they get over the secrets of the past or will it be the way it’s always been with them?
On the outside Mace is cocky, arrogant and self centered, but Mace is just broken and just wants to be loved by the only girl he will ever want. I loved Mace he was so sweet under that macho exterior and he protected the ones he loved…how can you not love him….Chelsea not so much, I couldn’t really connect with her character, I didn’t like the mixed signals she gave him all the while, but, I can understand the situation she was in, but, on the hand, she made that situation.

For a family so close they had A LOT of secrets and when those secrets came out – that’s when the fireworks started. The tension and angst in this book had me screaming at my kindle and I love it when a book brings out my emotions. This book is definitely worth a read and it was in dual POV. So start this series today!

4.5 stars

This is the third instalment of Misti Murphy's Tangled Desires series.

Although I did enjoy the previous two books, I was not so keen on the overly-dramatic writing style and the constant whinging over the past. I have to say that this is the best of the three so far; Misti Murphy's writing seems to have suddenly matured, making this a much better read.

It was such an interesting way to write a story which spans the entire of the previous two books, and I really like the way Misti made the decision to intercut the three stories together rather than following it chronologically. I imagine that it makes it a lot more difficult to follow on if you are a new reader to the series, but it really does reward fans who have kept to it. It is well worth the time invested into this series and I have found myself really warming up to the clan. I can't wait for the next one - and I rarely feel that.

I have never wanted to slap BOTH main characters in a book so much before! But at the same time I couldn't put this book down because, despite the almost inevitability of a romance novel, I NEEDED to know how the book would work out.

3rd in a series, this book would stand alone, but refers to other characters and storylines from the first book making a "series reader" feel as though they are in on the author's world.

I found it easier to put this book down for day to day life than the previous in the series but I think that is my personality - I couldn't connect to Mace and Chelsea as deeply as I could Tom and Gem or Razer and Claire. perhaps because their emotional guards, as well as keeping each other out, also kept me out.
I did enjoy this however and would wholeheartedly recommend it to others.
