." . .ushered in the age of professional career coaching, can give you some ideas on how to help that budding executive blossom." Triangle Business Journal" "The book provides a recipe for the necessary ingredients to serve as a business coach." T&D"
The first edition of "Co-Active Coaching" helped define the professional field of coaching and set the stage for what has become a cultural and business phenomenon. Once considered a niche specialty - or applying only to sports teams - coaching is now one of the fastest-growing professions in the world and a growing communications style adopted by leaders and professionals in nearly every walk of life. In this much-anticipated new edition, this pioneering co-author team expands the scope of their original coaching model with dozens of enhancements that reflect today's realities: over 35 interactive checklists, questionnaires, tools, updated terminology, and a wide-ranging set of new coaching examples drawn from nearly a decade's worth of first-hand experience with thousands of coaching trainees and clients worldwide. New in the 2nd edition is a CD containing real-life coaching dialogues and forms from the tool kit.See all Product description

Four stars instead of five for missing out on the extra's this way without warning in the product description - I would not have bought the Kindle edition had I known, but I note that at the time of writing this book is not available in the Kindle format (!?).
I am sure this is one of those books that I will re-read and always find something new in.
Overall an excellent text.
