Product description

About the Author

Teresa Orange launched as a careers coach in 2012 after a career in the creative industries. She currently offers specialist support for young people in their twenties, and particularly enjoys helping these clients during the early stages of their careers. She first used mindfulness techniques in her work as a qualitative researcher in advertising agencies J. Walter Thompson and Davidson Pearce. Here she developed projective techniques to encourage consumers to connect with their underlying emotions and to help them step into the future. In her work as a careers coach she has found that mindfulness can have a transforming effect on her clients – developing confidence and empowering individuals to simply be themselves. Teresa studied Psychology / Biology (BSc) at The University of Exeter, and Careers Management (MSc) at London South Bank University. See: www.teresaorange.com
