What a great incentive to eat properly after 71 years of trying to be healthy and never succeeding. I've picked out my favourites in each section including the Smoked Haddock Fish Cake, Vegetable Quinoa Wraps with Egg and the Spicy Peanut Chicken Wrap. However, I have to say that my favourites of favourites have to be in the sweets section because I love my pudding etc. My very best being the Cherry Bakewell. I can't wait to get cracking in the kitchen and try out all the recipes, they look scrumptious and so far easy to make which is right up my street. Many thanks Janice and many congratulations on a clear, concise and easy to read recipe book for those wanting to get in trim and have clean eating habits for life.

We purchased a kindle version of Janice's book last week. I asked my wife her opinion this morning she used words like handy, quick, easy and simple. At least I think she was describing the book; on reflection she might have meant me!

Seriously, though, she was a big fan of Janice's publication. She loved the fact the recipes look simple to follow, were quick, nutritious, tasty and the fact even I could probably follow them! ......... With purchasing the book last week we have only used two chicken recipes thus far, which proved a culinary success. However, we anticipate we will make full use of the publication......... Well worth investing in!

What a brilliant book. Excellent introduction, giving you background information about why particular food groups ought to be eaten or avoided and (most importantly) the reasons why. Then a wide variety of recipes which not only help keep you in great shape but are really tasty too! I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to either kick-start their healthy lifestyle or for anyone looking for easy ways to improve their existing healthy regime. Looking forward to trying out a couple more of the recipes tomorrow!
