This is a good book with plenty of recipes to choose from. I doubt you would get bored and they are easy to make.

the recipes sound lovely, very nutritious etc. However, I don't have the time, or more importantly the money to be able to buy all these unheard of (by me) ingredients. I have no doubt that I would have to afford them if I was allergic to normal food. Thank goodness I am not. It is a shame that the recipes are not affordable by people on my income.

Just tried a recipe for breakfast and even though I improvised based on what's currently in my cupboard, the recipe combined foods that I never did before and the result was delicious. There are a lot of terrific recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So if you've recently seen Forks Over Knives and are looking for some recipes, this appears to be it. Nice photos of each recipe motivates you to try them as well. Good book (kindle version) at a great price.

Let me start my saying I just love love this book. This book has a lot of very informative information on the way we eat and how it affects the body. It states that if we eat the wrong foods like sugary drinks, white breads and pastas, potato chips or any type of process foods it can affect the body in many different ways. There are toxin in the air , water and food we eat. By eating the wrong type of foods it is hard for the body to get raid of all thoese toxin that enter our body and that caused our body to become sluggish, has joint pain, headaches, bad skin and weight gain.

The Author gives you a list of gluten free, dairy free, corn free, soy free, artificial colors and flavors free recipes, so you can make breakfast, lunch and dinner. These recipes will have your skin glowing, abundant of energy and a healty working immune system. I have tried some of the recipes in the book because it is very easy to make, tastes goods and I love anyhting with peas, beans, coconuts,and fruits. These are the recipes that I have tried and liked, apple ginger oats, pear pafait, fresh coconut over millet, coconut apple chips, wholey guacomole and black and white fried rice. I'm looking forward to continue with this book to get my healthy in order and I know i will lose a few unwanted extra pounds. I recommend this book for anybody who want to eat healty, lose weight or just want to read about your body and how the food we eat affects the body in many different ways.

It explains well what happens to our physical body and emotional well being when we eat the wrong foods.
We can all do ourselves a favour and get this eBook!
It has Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner,Dessert and Savoury Snack Recipes, so the whole base is covered for a happier healthier life!
This is not a Diet, it is a Lifestyle! Combined with regular exercise, this is a winning combination, well done!
