The Author gives you a list of gluten free, dairy free, corn free, soy free, artificial colors and flavors free recipes, so you can make breakfast, lunch and dinner. These recipes will have your skin glowing, abundant of energy and a healty working immune system. I have tried some of the recipes in the book because it is very easy to make, tastes goods and I love anyhting with peas, beans, coconuts,and fruits. These are the recipes that I have tried and liked, apple ginger oats, pear pafait, fresh coconut over millet, coconut apple chips, wholey guacomole and black and white fried rice. I'm looking forward to continue with this book to get my healthy in order and I know i will lose a few unwanted extra pounds. I recommend this book for anybody who want to eat healty, lose weight or just want to read about your body and how the food we eat affects the body in many different ways.
It explains well what happens to our physical body and emotional well being when we eat the wrong foods.
