This is a slightly odd book. It's a slim volume, containing 32 pages including contents and index pages. It contains a number of good quality but somehow not very dynamic photos of parkour happening, and some text which can only be described as extremely simplistic. Between the large print and the very basic phrasing, I had a distinct flashback feeling to the days of 'Run Spot run. See Spot run.' - which is an odd sort of age range to pitch a parkour book at!
I bought this second-hand from a reseller, so fortunately I didn't pay full price for it - but even half-price was more than it's worth.
