This sweet and chocolate recipe book is great for anyone who can cook, but has never tried cooking sweets before and for experinced cooks. The recipes are not too difficult, but may require some culinary experince if things go wrong (as they always do when cooking). However, some of the ingrediants will take a bit of looking for, but can often be found in cake stores or local pharamcies (strangely enough). Also, a sugar thermometer (cooking thermometer, that goes up to 160 degrees celcius) is needed for some recipes.
The book also gives great presentaional ideas. And the clear picutres in the book are extremely helpful. Overall, a great book with delicious recipes.
