This is a brilliant introduction to working in a child and adolescent mental health service. I would highly recommend to anyone who is about to work in CAMHs. I used this as part of my clinical psychology training having had no previous experience of this service. Chapters include: the set up and structure of the service including CAMHS and its relationships to tier 2 services; outcome measures used; childhood difficulties - ADHD, self-harm, anxiety and depression.

This is used for work purposes by other member of staff so I am not able to give a true picture. It's relevant to the work we do.
