Historical novel based around the Princetown area of Dartmoor in the 1800's. The story prompted me to buy an ordnance survey map of the area and of course Google earth to get a better insight into the land. I have read several books by Tania Crosse and was not disappointed by this one. Class differences are highlighted and the author covers both lifestyles well. A book to read more than once.
