Cheng Man Ching video
on 22 January 2015
There is a great deal of publicity at the beginning of the video which I do not want to see each time I put the video on to use. It seems you have to watch the publicity before you reach a menu where you can choose which part of the Tai Chi video you want to watch.
The steps are explained well and the proper stance is shown but the camera angle changes with different steps and, for me, this makes it difficult to know which foot and hand I need to move. All videos and books that I have bought seem to adopt this technique of changing camera angles which, for me, means that I do not know which direction on the grid I am supposed to be facing and which foot I am supposed to use. The plus is that it is a video and, once you have found the Tai Chi section, you can stop, start and rewind as many times as you wish.
