When charging Apple devices with a third-party C-Lightning data cable, charging may be slow. Just re-plug the cable and the charging speed will restore to normal
While you use E-Mark data cable, it supports 65W Max. If you use the general USB c to c cable, it will provide 60W, it might be affected the DELL laptops & LENOVO laptops to show charge slowly sign.
This charger is compatible with Samsung S8, Samsung S8+, Samsung S9, Samsung S9+, Samsung Note 8, Samsung Note 9, but it cannot support 9V fast charging. It supports 5V/3A fast charging (Consistent with 9V charging time）
When connected to both USB-C ports:

MacBook+ MacBook: it cleverly distributes power to 45W and 15W in chronological order;
MacBook+ Windows Laptop: For windows supports 20V but second USB C has only 18W (5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A), so please firstly charge Windows Laptop and later MacBook. If you charges the MacBook firstly, the windows Laptop can’t be charged;
Windows Laptop+ Windows Laptop: only first Windows Laptop can be charged.

Very good charger after trialing many others. Charges as expected and I quite like the block being away from the wall. I’d like a shorter cable and it would be a nice touch if it was braided but that’s minor and only the extra star. It’s a solid metallic feeling small box and a good fit for the sockets. The glow of the LED is dull and not obnoxious.
The main gripe for travel is the 3 pin plug itself is quite large, a Chinese piece that doesn’t match the quality of the rest. It isn’t slim and the cable is stiff average quality.

This is my third charger I've bought as there aren't any other 65W usb-c charger which provides versatility in terms of power distributed when multiple ports are in use. In short this is the only charger I could find that will supply 18W to the USB-A port when both the USB-C ports are in use.

The unit is actually branded RAVpower which is what it was originally advertised when I bought my first one a while back. There are loads of other usb-c 65W chargers available but if you intend to charge multiple devices at the same time - you should check the power distribution to the ports - not all chargers are the same despite being 65W.
