Change impacts us all and our responses don't always fit the 'standard' managements models. This book, however, makes connections and provides insight I have found nowhere else. Their mission to create a million change makers to support professional and ethically managed change in any organisation, provides hope that change, may at last be given the focus it requires to engage everyone rather than doing 'change to people'.
I have already referred to several chapters in preparing to work with groups on change. This is a really handy resource that provides examples of where change has been managed well.

This is a refreshing book on change which we are all grappling with in our organisations - full of essays on different aspects so you can dip in depending on your need That means it is missing all the hyperbole you get when you have to read a whole manual to get a few gems. Great for busy people dealing with complex issues. I bought a kindle copy first to read by phone and then got a hard copy which is a nice size to flip through. Mine is already full of marker notes to refer to.

A valuable and varied resource for all change makers in the world of business. There is something here for everyone interested in leading change in their organisation and the format allows you to pick and choose the chapters that interest you most. Having said that the whole thing is useful as it covers all the key areas that change makers need to consider and I particularly like the way it encourages employee engagement at every step. The emphasis is always on engaging with, and taking the team with you. Highly recommended.
