the book arrived on time and the edition is really appealing! If you don't know the book, I point out that it's a drama piece

Though an old play it is still famous and well-loved in France, and rightly so. It's an age-old story about a
fastidious dad and his sensation-seeking son;, old values versus the new: responsibility set against self-fulfilment
and the old chestnut: the young girl left in the lurch. In this instance she makes good. The play is one of a trilogy that really need to be read together: l was left feeling cheered,as the language is so human, humane and
the development of the theme is so sure and pure.
