As always with this series a great read. I have been sucked in by the Administration Series for a while now - I just so enjoy the characters. I feel that they are all well written, there are just so many layers to all of them. I do have a very soft spot for Keir and Toreth and enjoy watching the way that relationship develops and they are both changed by it, but even the minor characters are well written and move the stories along.

I admit that the series is not for everyone, dysfunctional societies and those who live in them are not normally everyone's cup of tea - but when a new one arrives I can't wait to start reading!

5.0 out of 5 stars I've read it 5 times already 8 Feb. 2013

This book is the latest in the series and it is worth my every "re-read". I've repeatedly gone back to this series because it is incredibly well and smartly written, which is fairly rare in this genre, and the characters draw you in and you don't want to let go. I do know that the interpersonal and storyline complexities that were fleshed out to create this dystopia are first rate. Not to mention the darn good smexy love is compelling. Um, I just want to say how great this author/series is but I imagine it will only strike your chord if you read the series from the beginning. If you can deal with a m/m couple and s/m then, hey, it's gosh golly gee perfect.
