About the Author
Linda Morris is a passionate baker who lives in London near the borough of Islington, where 16-year-old Ben Kinsella was knifed to death in 2008. Having been involved in charity work in the borough, Linda was moved by the work of the Kinsella family who set up The Ben Kinsella Trust to highlight the dangers of knife crime. As the mother of a professional chef (Linda's son son Ed Shaerf is Chef Patron at London's One Blenheim Terrace) Linda had the idea to raise the funds for The Ben KinsellaTrust after she started a Cake Club with her friends.

The kindle version contains scanned images of each page of the book so things such as changing the Kindle Text size do not work. Even worse, the scans are contain compression artefacts making the text fuzzy. So the text is fuzzy and you can't zoom ;-(
I know its "In support" of a charity, but the team that published this should be ashamed.
The cost of the book goes to the Kinsella Trust which I think is important in the fight against knife crime amongst the young
I made the chocolate and beetroot cake which was even nicer the day after baking.
Helps the Ben Kinsella Trust which fights knife crime. Go for it, extend your repertoire and and make a different celebrity's favourite bake each week!!
