This is an admirable companion to 'The Parish Churches of England' by Charles Cox & Charles Ford (Batsford, 1935) It allows for a useful architectural comparison of these remarkable structures, illustrated with black and white photographs.

To be honest, I bought the book because of the dust-jacket. It is beautiful! But the book itself is good too, although the English is a little difficult for a Dutchy like me.
For the rest: great service, thanks!

We'll worth the money. Good read.
Could do with updating with maybe some colour pictures but it gives you a good feel for the cathedral.
