Loved this book. Rachel is amazing and Cash is really sweet. The sex scenes are really hot and once again we get to keep up with previous characters from the series! Jamie Begley is a wonderful storyteller.

Cash’s Fight oozed with his bad ass biker vibe and sexiness totally disarming me like I hoped he would, jumbling my opinion of who still resided as my favourite Last Rider. I absolutely loved reading Cash’s Fight because it was packed with everything I craved to see and still kept giving me more. Catching up with some old and new faces, unexpected twists, excitement, cave man antics, romance, sexiness and the best humour throughout, leaving me in fits of giggles and amusement at Jamie Begley’s wicked sense of humour. Out of all the female leads Rachel owns the number one spot for holding it down for the women from Treepoint. Rachel finally delivered the punches us eager fans were begging to see from the women before her. She stood her ground and made Cash work hard to gain her love, she was never shy in calling him out on his man whore ways and gave him what for on the numerous occasions he opened his big mouth, as he spewed out revengeful words to get his own back at the Porters and fight off his unrelenting attraction towards Rachel. I loved the chemistry and heat between Cash and Rachel it was sexy and romantic, leaving me craving to keep reading each moment they shared as the two lovers butted heads, whilst Rachel’s overprotective brothers made Cash’s life hell by riling him up at every opportune moment. Cash’s attitude and bad decisions had me screaming at him, but I knew Rachel would leave me smirking as she didn’t mince her words or actions as she laid into him physically with her shotgun nearby lol! I didn’t expect to see Rachel in certain scenes but they were hot, hot, hot and Cash gave some insight into his fellow mc brother, whose story I can’t wait to read because he is so mysterious!Read more ›

I enjoyed this book. The writing improves as the series goes on and they also become more witty. I liked Rachel as a heroine. She might have been in love with Cash for years but when he hurts her, she makes him work for her forgiveness. I like a bit of angst in a love story and these two had a fair bit in their back and forth relationship.

I also liked Cash, yes he's a manwhore but I did believe he fell in love with Rachel whereas some of the other heroes in this series I wasn't convinced of their love for the heroine. Unfortunately, again we get the 'sharing' between the hero and heroine and one of the other Last Riders. In this book, it's Train who gets to 'play' with Rachel and Cash. I felt Train got to perform quite an intimate act on Rachel which I found odd as Cash was so possessive of her I would have thought he would want to have done that himself. I find the 'sharing' a tad distasteful as although I have read menage romances, they're not my favourite thing. It takes away from the romance of the main couple.

I also find the endings are quite abrupt. I know the couples continue to feature in the other books but they just sort of end like the end of a chapter rather than the end of the book. There was something mentioned in the epilogue between Cash and Rachel's brother Tate that I wanted to read about when Rachel discovered it but no, it just ended.

I've read that Tate will get his own book. I'm looking forward to that one!

Really enjoying this series.

I was late to this series, a friend recommended 'Shade's Fall' and I found the reviews while looking around but to fully appreciate it I knew I'd have to read all the previous books, which I did and I'll admit it was a bumpy ride I didn't like 'Razer's Ride' at all it was more like a sex club than an MC and how Beth ever ended up with Razer I'll never know but I stuck with the series because the reviews for 'Shade's' were so good, the series grew on me and 'Shade's' was everything I'd hoped for, I just loved it I went on to read the 'VIP Room Books' and loved 'King' and I literally couldn't wait for Cash's book, but then I started reading.
I was so excited I thought maybe it was me who'd expected too much, I kept reading and I was gutted this wasn't the book I wanted this was Rachel and Cash's book, their story and their romance but Cash was screwing every woman in sight, I hated it, this isn't what I wanted at one point I wanted Cash's dick to drop off and Rachel to run away and never come back. I stopped reading and checked the reviews, they were all good I just couldn't understand it, I know people have different views on books but every review was good.
Was it me?
In desperation I emailed my friend who I knew was reading it as well and she was not enjoying either, so at least it wasn't just me, at this point I didn't think I'd even finish it but I did mainly for the other characters, Shade, Lily, King and the rest of the Porters, you've got to love them Porter boys and Mag what can I say about Mag, loved her and I have to admit that there's a good book in there, I enjoyed the second half, not as much as I should have done but better than the first half.
