Caryl Westmore inspires readers to go for their "Golden Goals" and take heart, when stuck or in despair, because there is a practical method she can show them to BREAK FREE FAST...to live the life they love!
Just like she did! Just like her clients do!
The method she uses is a combination of energy psychology tools EFT Tapping and Matrix Reimprinting together with her applied method for goal setting called Matrix Goals Reimprinting. She is also a passionate expert on the Law of Attraction.
She draws on her own experience having healed years of childhood trauma from growing up in an alcoholic home in Zimbabwe - plus the later dramatic heartbreak of losing her home and beloved border collie in a fire in South Africa.
The fire catapulted her on a healing journey which led to her training and working with international self-help experts and becoming a pioneering practitioner and trainer of complementary emotional-energy therapies like The Journey, EFT Tapping and Matrix Reimprinting. in the past 17 years she estimates transforming the lives of many thousands of people in workshops and consultations worldwide.
A former woman's editor and journalist, Caryl blogs about her healing work at http://www.carylwestmore.com where she offers a free report: "3 Goal Stoppers and how to Break Free Before they Crush your Dreams and Goals." You will also find her coaching clients on Skype (breakfreefast) and on Twitter: @CarylWestmoreUK, Linkedin, Facebook and Pinterest.
Today Caryl is married to her soul mate Nick and "lives the life she loves" as a location-independent writer and coach, teaching and presenting workshops worldwide. She and Nick follow the sun like swallows with homes in the UK (Isle of Wight) and South Africa (Cape Town).
PLANNED OFFERINGS FROM CARYL
In 2017-2018 Caryl has two "Golden Goals"
1. To launch her Break Free for the Life you Love Podcast
2. To offer African Dream Retreats to small groups of women who long to get back in touch with the "wild woman within" by interacting with the beauty, wilderness and wild animals of southern Africa. Why? Because this calls deeply to her having been born on a tobacco/cattle farm in a remote part of Zimbabwe where her first pet was a wild baby buck and her mother tells the story of a cobra rearing up in the path where she was pushing baby Caryl in her pram.
Her top interests are family, writing, painting, meditating, hiking, travel, croquet and swimming.
