The sizing is on the wrong side of skimpy - any smaller, they'd have had to be returned. Other reviewers have said roughly similar things.
I would not rely on the single button top fastening. It's not man enough for the job, so use the drawstring provided. I use clip braces on mine because I fell out with belts since my middle began expanding some years back. The belt loops aren't spaced very well, with too long a run across the front - with that design a belt will migrate upwards, the trousers downwards over that length. Sounds strange, but it's happened to me with other such sorts I've worn
Overall, are they worth it? Yes - as yet I only have the one pair. So I don't know if their sizing it consistent or not. Cheap clothing sometimes seems to be hit-or-miss when sizing is considered. Remember my comment on sizing of mine being only-just big enough. Mine are the 44in size, by the way so other sizes might differ in their relationship with true sizing - I'll probably try a second buy and see if a different colour is sized similarly - or not.
