The internet is clearly as much of a mystery to some people today as electricity was in the 1800s. Tristan Peterson has collected the queries, confusions and ignorances revealed to technical support staff and presented them in witty fashion. The hilarious illustrations echo the chaotic and confusing time you feel some of these individuals must have everytime they switch on their computers. If that is, they can find the on switch!
If I didn't work tech support myself I would think this was made up, but I assure you this is exactly what we deal with on a daily basis.
A fantastic collection written splendidly by an author I hope to read more of. Keep up the great work Tristan.
