The information has been presented well and the Journal approach for inner Calm is a good method to start implementing and benefiting from.
This book is very similar to her last one and has a lot of the same advice written differently and uses the writing down journal approach to relieve your anxieties and feel Calm.
Generally in my experience writing down how I feel when stressed or anxious can help relieves these feelings and replace then with calm.
The philosophy and wisdom that Fearne Cotton preaches is very wise and liberating.
I benefited a lot from practicing some of the calming exercises advised by Fearne in her last book and will implement the advice given in this book.
This book/journal is packed with useful information that we all can benefit from and implement any day of the year.
Overall this is a good book which is worth a read if you would like to achieve inner calm and peace and have someone experienced guide you to it with their words of wisdom and experience.
Thanks for taking the time to read my review I hope you found it helpful in some way.
