From the Publisher

THE SECRETS BEHIND THE SELECTION PROCESS ARE FINALLY
REVEALED!

The demand for cabin crew jobs is high and with a reported 90% of all
candidates failing the interview, information regarding the selection
process is highly sought after.

In this groundbreaking book, Ms Rogers uncovers the mystery of the cabin
crew interview and guides candidates step by step through the different
stages of the selection process.

Each stage of the interview is clearly defined and followed up with
comprehensive information and advice to ensure the highest probability of
being successful.

The Cabin Crew Interview Made Easy’ advises candidates of what
interviewers really want and look for in an applicant and how they can
demonstrate the desired traits and skills to get an edge and land the job
of their dreams.

The first section covers the application process. Here candidates will
learn how to complete the application form for maximum impact, compose a
cover letter and CV that will demand attention and present professional
photographs that will give the impression of cabin crew material.

The second section proceeds to the interview stages. Initially candidates
will be provided with recommended steps for preparation from researching
the airline to interview rehearsals and dressing to impress. The section
then moves on to outline what can be expected during the group interview.

There are examples of assessments, activities and discussions followed by
comprehensive suggestions that will provide candidates with a greater
understanding of how they can display the desired traits and skills that
interviewers are seeking. Candidates will then finally discover the best
kept secret behind the group selection process. This secret alone can make
the difference between being successful or unsuccessful within the first 5
minutes of attending the group interview.

And finally, the remaining section of the book concentrates on the final
interview. Here candidates will discover how to professionally answer over
300 of the most commonly asked questions. Each question is followed by a
sample answer which has been specifically designed for the cabin crew
interview and with a detailed formula to follow, candidates can easily
create their own responses based on their own individual circumstance.

After reading this guidebook, candidates will be much more prepared and
confident which will significantly increase their chances of success.

What’s more, the information and advice contained within is not only
timeless but also universal and can be put into action with any airline in
any country.

The information that has been included within The Cabin Crew
Interview Made Easy’ is tried, tested and proven by Caitlyn herself.
The book is the final result of more than 3 years of extensive research
alongside Caitlyn’s own personal cabin crew interview experiences.

This book is very detailed and informative which quite surprised me. I have a library of cabin crew books which turned out to be less than useless. My parents actually bought this book for me as they were bearing the brunt of my contstant failure.

I have to admit that I wasn't expecting much from it but boy was I in for a surprise. I could not put it down.

This is the book I had hoped someone would eventually write. Everything I wanted to know was in the book along with information and advice I hadn't even considered or realised I needed to know.

I feel so much more confident now about attending an interview and am much more positive about the outcome. I don't think I will be failing again, that's for sure.

The secret surprised me and had I not have found out what was actually going on at the interview, I would never get the job I so desperately seek.

If you are like me and keep failing but feel that you have done everything as best you can, this book is for you.

I never would have bought the book had my parents not got it for me and I am so glad they did.

I think its a small price to pay for the wealth of information and advice you recieve.

I only wish this book was written 3 years earlier when I first began applying to airlines.

If you are looking for a job, virtually any job, this book is a must read for you. Although the book is written for potential airlines cabin crew positions, the content is an excellent resource for most jobs. If you are an applicant for cabin crew, Ms. Rogers presents a thorough and well articulated set of

tools for you. She provides a complete process to follow to insure the highest probability of getting the job, from preparing your resume and cover letter, to the types of interviews, complete with questions, and how to successfully close out the process. There are questions the applicant can

expect in a variety of topics, all relevant to the process. There are sample letters and resume, complete with the best templates for achieving success.

During my law enforcement career, I was the Chief of Police, and among the responsibilities of the job was the recruiting and hiring of both commissioned and civilian personnel. This would have been an outstanding reference for us. This book is a powerful guide for a far more comprehensive set of job seekers, and I give it a very strong endorsement.

Well done Ms. Rogers, well done. You are to be commended for this excellent work

I have to say that I absolutely swear by this book. I was nervous for the interview and I thought that this would help me out and true to its word it did!
Every single question that was in the interview is in this book so luckily I had an answer readily available beforehand. Needless to say I got the job first try and am starting my training shortly.
If I can help you get the job, my advice would be to buy this and give it a read.
