The recipes are easy to follow, you don't need long lists of ingredients that you will never use again and the timings are spot on! You don't need a big kitchen and every gadget going like some cook books require and the recipes are easy to double up or halve and encourage everyone young and old that it is fun and doesn't take hours or need to be expensive. This really should be given to everyone especially students who are starting out. I can't say anything negative at all- roll on the next one :-)
Would be better if it was re-titled as a family vegetarian cookbook.

Some nice, original recipes, but not written by a vegetarian and I feel this shows. Still contains some of my families new favourite recipes. The halloumi fajitas especially.Published 4 months ago by bookworm mummy
