  • It is an extremely soft and lightly sweet whiskey with strong flavours of fruit, mainly being apple & pear which are evident on the nose and palate.
  • On the palate the initial flavour is honey that is supported by the sweetness of the apple and pear before delivering a brilliant marshmallow and dusky lavender flavour.
