Well written, informative, helpful and easy to read - it's like having a chat with your (sensible) friend. I can recognise several potential problems brewing in my own life and now I have the tools to head them off. This is a book I shall keep handy while I include some of the advice into my daily planning.
This was so easy and so hard to read. I recognised so many of the red flags in my own life. My behaviours were all there ! And All the excuses I make to myself. Reading this gave me 'permission' to change and stop punishing myself. I have sent the link to many of my friends , we can all benefit from this sound advice and top tips.
Loved this book. Easy to read and relateable real life examples. Enjoyed the style this was written in and love the way it's packed full of tips. I imagine I will be using this as a day to day handbook when managing my health and my QTFM! Looking forward to reading the next book
