A must read, especially if you are too busy to read it! Most people ignore the fact they they may be heading for burnout and what this book highlights are all the signs that can potentially lead you exactly down that path if you choose not to act. The book provides lots of solutions, however knowledge alone is not enough, you have to take action. As Pam says "In achieving well-being, the magic is in the little every day good things you do for your mind and, body and soul". As I would say "make self care non - negotiable".
