About the Author

Jade C. Jamison was born and raised in Colorado and has decided she likes it enough to stay forever. Jade's day job is teaching Creative Writing, but teaching doesn't stop her from doing a little writing herself. Unfortunately, there's no one genre that quite fits her writing. Her work has been labeled romance, erotica, suspense, and women's fiction, and the latter is probably the safest and closest description. But you'll see that her writing doesn't quite fit any of those genres. You'll have to discover Jade's writing for yourself to decide if you like it.

Have just finished this epic read, I couldn't manage it in one sitting. So much to take in! Will say that it's a very interesting read, and covers lots of very different situations. Will almost certainly re-read too. Wasn't sure to begin with, but kept going and was pleased that I did. Going to read the next in the series too

I really enjoyed reading this and I love Jade style of writing.

I can't remember ever disliking a male character in book as much as I hated Ethan!
As for Val, well shes young, very naive, weak and I felt she was lacking in self respect. All of things he did to her are unforgivable and he gets away with it. But she does grow up towards the end.

I was routing for Brad from the very beginning, much nicer more likable character. Oh I forgot hes a hot, sexy passionate rocker!

Be warned it has drugs and cheating.

I didn't warm to the main characters at all. The female lead was a doormat and I'm unsure why these guys fell in love with her.

I can't believe this book has such high reviews. It is very well written, I can't fault that, but the main character Valerie is so weak and literally spends about 5 years chasing after a dude who consistently treats her like crap and cheats on her.

Half way through I had to skip to the end as I couldn't bear to witness the catastrophe that was this relationship.

I very much welcomed the ending, but felt it could have been explored a bit more. I would recommend reading this if you like books about weak women and men with issues.

BOOK REVIEW: Bullet - Jade C Jamison

Are you Readdddddddddy...?
It's time to throw up the horns ladies, as `Bullet' is Hard Hitting, Hot Rockin,' Body Slammin,' Head Bangin,' Mind-Blowingly Amazing and will ROCK your pants off!

I'm gushing. I'm hugging my kindle right now, beaming with what I can only describe as total pure book euphoria.

Have you ever read a book and just thought, `Wow, I feel like the author wrote this book just for me?' Well... Bullet, for me, is that book!

There are two mainstay consistencies in my life, one is the love of reading, and two, is my total passion for Rock Music. Bullet incorporated everything I love, it hit every damn nerve - to put it simply, it rocked my world!

And, I will tell you why...

IT'S REAL! IT'S AUTHENTIC! AND TOTALLY BELIEVEABLE!

This isn't just another' Rock Star book; it symbolizes the strife, the struggles, the passion and full on intensity of life on the road. The Hunger and gruelling sacrifices of making something from nothing, when all you have is solid self-belief and friends who share a dream that reflects your own.

But first and foremost, it's the tale of one young girl, Valerie Quinn, whose life took a new direction, the moment she stepped into History class as a freshman at college, when she set eyes on the most beautiful boy on campus, Ethan Richards - how her life went from an innocent, virginal, church going Christian, to a striving rock star as fate dealt it's hand and everything in her life as she knew it, changed irrevocably. How one small-town girl was catapulted into partaking a journey of a lifetime.

And Holy leather hot pants of metal lovin' doom, what an epic tale it was.

I just couldn't get my head around why Valerie would keep going back to a guy she had no passion with, I couldn't understand why she loved him, they didn't have deep meaningful conversations (apart from 1 but that was after he had cheated on her and acted like a jerk for the 100th time), he didn't sweep her off her feet and he certainly didn't treat and respect her like he should have done. I find it hard to believe she would put up with all that crap to finally realise where her heart actually belonged - why put up with all that, marry him and have his child to then realise "oh you know what you are no good for me". No offence to the author but I spent most the book eye rolling and rushing to the end just so I could say I finished it.
