This is a brilliant book for providing a no frills breakdown of the basic principles of Buddhism. It says in a few sentences what some books take a chapter to say. It is easy to "dip in and out of" and is probably the best, and most informative book on the subject I have read so far. I have already recommended it to friends and will continue to do so. Absolutely highly recommended for anyone looking for an easy to read book which provides the outline of Buddhist principles.

I was dubious about getting this book because the price is expensive for the number of pages you get. Unfortunately most of the book talks about mindfulness in 50 different ways and anything else about Buddhism is minimal. There are much better books about mindfulness out there.
