I read it cover to cover before I travelled and never left the hotel without it.
The map was fantastic. We never got lost and always found somewhere decent to eat.
I chose about 50% of the restaurants we ate at based on tips from this book and none disappointed - am I am really fussy!
We even travelled well out of our way to find some of them.
This book gave us the confidence to explore thoroughly.
I will most definitely be buying the up to date version for my next trip there.
I wish there was a Brits guide by Amanda to every destination!

I purchased it as a gift, and was told that it was a 'real guide' and not just written to get you to visit places. Well worth using!Published on 3 Feb. 2013 by kenswragg
