Very helping in understanding emotion. good reading and good examples and recaps which make the training easy. Working in mental health, I already recommended the book to my clients and some of my friends.

A common sense approach to dealing with everyday situations. You can dip in and out out of it and there is a useful précis of key points in each chapter. No silly 'buzz' words to deal with. Informative, useful and brilliantly written.
