    It’s ok to make tea for a few people but it takes a while to start boiling. The automatic switch is the main hook for this machine. However, the two main problems are that firstly, the maximum level of water dispensed is not enough for cooking pasta, rice, etc as it’s about 2 cups of water dispensed at a time, maximum. Secondly, the screw inside the lid has rusted and bits have fallen onto the water. I could live with the first shortcoming but not with the second. It’s a great idea but it needs to be improved. Must do better!!

    A quality bit of kit, been fed up for ages of inferior quality kettles/elements and supposedly rapid boil features that actually take 2 to 3 minutes to boil. So in my search for a hot water dispenser that also had a filtration system and fast boil also a system that varies the amount for different sizes of cups, I came across this beauty and it is FANTASTIC, has all the features I wanted and at a stonking great price Compared to other retailers. If you're in the market for one of these dispensers look no further, you wont be disappointed.
