Well the conclusion to the bad boy reformed series finally arrived. After a quick flick over some chapters of the 2 previous books to refresh my memory I can say I wasn't disappointed with the ending. It did seem a little fast though and I didn't totally understand Sean's purpose. I am looking forward to a little extra from future the future Story and Jax though as I'm sure we'll see more of the awesome parents. Great characters and a great story.

I loved this series, and would totally recommend if you like hot alpha fighter males. My only criticism is that the books are wee bit too short and didn't like having to wait an awful long time for book 3, (over 12 months) - I'd almost given up!!

What an absolute fitting end to a fantastic series. Loved every single emotional page. Great storyline, brilliant how the plot evolves to a great climax. So glad they got a happy ever after and can't wait to read the next book by Alyssa

Breaking Ryann jumps in a few months after Resisting Ryann ended. Reese is with Sean after the betrayal from Luke and Luke is still harbouring major feelings for her. He isn’t willing to give her up, but she isn’t willing to hear what he has to say after he supposedly confirms the story she didn’t want to hear.

Reese is stuck in a hard place, her heart is still with Luke but she is with Sean. She doesn’t really know what to do anymore, she isn’t completely in it with Sean, but the person she loves she can’t forgive. He wasn’t there when she needed him and he hurt her. “You’ve ruined me. You know that?”

Luke soon learns that all is not as it seems, he admitted to something that he didn’t even know had happened, he thought that she was annoyed with him for another reason. When he finds this out he isn’t going to stop until he gets the girl. Sean be damned.

When Reese is betrayed again, the weekend away comes at the right time. But going to Vegas with your best friends and your ex is a recipe for disaster right? Or is it where you finally put the piece together again?

Talking between these needs to be done, they need to get back on the same page and with some help from some friends it seems this is going to happen. But whether Reese can look past what has happened and truly love and trust him again is yet to be seen.

I loved loved loved this book, I have been rooting for Luke and Reese throughout the whole series. The have had major obstacles to work around but it’s a test of can love conquer all? Well done Alyssa Rae Taylor on a fantastic read and a brilliant end to an amazing series.

“You’ve taken a piece of my heart that I’ll never get back.”

I received a ARC from the author in exchange for a honest review.
5* read.
I've really enjoyed this series of books and the way the characters have grew throughout. You do need to read the other books first and if you have you know we were left with a massive cliffhanger and i think everyone's been on the edge of the seat waiting for this conclusion. I don't want to give to much away but this book was a great ending to a amazing series and Luke and Reese have had me gripped since book one. As a reader the author pulled me in and took me on a journey throughout these books with the characters and made me fall in love with them.
I can't wait to read more from this author in the future.
