This book is a must have if you are a practitioner of oriental or natural healing arts. Do-in is a very enjoyable way of keeping yourself fit and healthy, somewhere between Pilates and yoga maybe? Anyway, lot's of breathing and stretching involved. And it is not only a form of physical training but also encompasses self treatment as a preventative measure. The book is really informative. Not just limited to the art of movement, but with lot's of supplementary information. It's easy to do on your own, and you will really enjoy integrating it into your daily ritual.
Might not always seem an accessible read, but once you get through the theory, you can get right to the practice!!
Fortunately it also includes information on nutrition and spiritual development with references to acupuncture, moxibustion, shiatsu, yoga, chakra's, etc.

Maybe, it's just me, I just could not force myself to finish reading this book. Apparently, I must not be the only one, being I am the only one who has taken the time to write a review of this book; and its been 10 years since I purchased this book. I am generally very open minded for mind body self help, but as much as I wanted to, just can't get into this book. Maybe it's the style it was written,
