About the Author
Dr Pamela Peeke is Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine as well as adjunct senior scientist at the National Institutes of Health. There is no need to join a gym (I haven't - I use a rebounder and cycle for the aerobic workout) and the cost of the hand weights is very low. Maybe in a few months time I will not be so positive, but I doubt it - this programme has really gripped me and I am determined to see it as a new way of life.
It may only take 12 weeks to a great body, but only if you can afford a lot of time to work at it....sorry, but I couldn't so still trying other methods!!
