Blondie is without a doubt one of the most listenable-to and innovative bands of the past 40 years. The numbers on this collection are pretty much what you'd expect and, if you're a fan, you've almost certainly already got most of them. However, the DVD is really great (I have thought for a long time that there is a paucity of video material available of Blondie, so this was my main reason for buying it). The videos are all worth watching (particularly 'Denis' for those of us guys "of a certain age"!)

Some people have commented on the sound quality and the length of some of the tracks. I personally think that quality of this CD has a good full bodied sound to it which you normally expect from most EMI albums. I am satisfied because all the hits from the 70s and 80 s are the original 7 inch version vinyl releases which I prefer , especially ' Atomic '. The original single version I think is much better then the 12 inch version which you will find on the Chrysalis album of the same title which came out in 2002.
So you have a choice really with the Blondie compilation albums. You can either choice the EMI releases which for the most part contain the original single versions of all their tracks OR you can purchase the Chrysalis albums which contain the album / 12 inch versions of some tracks , also a different version of Sunday Girl.
I prefer the EMI releases as it has the original versions and also the disco version of Heart of Glass which i think sounds better than the tinny version found on the Chrysalis albums

A great compilation. The CD is OK, it's the DVD that's worth the money. The only problem I had was, I had 4 copies delivered as 3 of them (brand new & factory sealed) were badly marked. Still, that's not the fault of the CD. Well worth buying for nostalgic reasons.

Excellent value for money if you haven't got any of the other Greatest Hits/Best Of collections. The bonus of the Good Boys (blow Up Mix) is very welcome. The DVD is great as well making this a good value package.

Not a bad track on this - 22 greatest hits with no filler. Brilliant collection.

There's a lot of compilations around for 'Blondie' but I've owned this one a couple of times because I think it has an OK mix from across the years and I like some of the remixes included ('Good Boys' and 'Rapture Riders'). Good value.
