Ever imagined what would happen if president Obama came over for dinner during a state visit, only because someone at the state department thought it would be a good idea for him to meet an average Swede? Ever picked up the phone, and on the other side is the Vatican asking for your advice on how to handle public opinion - as well as inviting you to meet the pope? Or when the marketing department for a huge clothes brand asks for your opinion on how to... nah, I shouldn't spoil it. Get it.
The Blog Whore and other charming stories is simply a collection of blog posts, tied together in a book, all for your reading pleasure. Done before? Absolutely. Only in this case, that certain format lets you follow a hilariously disturbed chain of thoughts where the author, swedish script writer and director Anders Tempelman puts himself in situations the rest of us would shy away from in an instant. But not Anders. In fact, he embraces them warmly, doing his best, thus sharing his unique (some would say disturbed) view of the world. The result is equally heart breaking, embarrassing, mind altering, defianlty current and deeply, deeply entertaining. Go ahead, treat yourself to it.
